What a great year its been for king mackeral tournament fishing.  Weather held out pretty good for the most part and lots of big kings showed up as they always do early to mid Fall.  Fishing contuines to be good the grouper bite is really hot and the bite is also close to the beach.  We had a limit of gag’s within site of land the other day.  Granted it was a clear day but we were only 22 miles off the beach.  Live bait is hard to catch this time of year.  I have a couple of pin fish traps that work pretty well.  Then of course you can always catch the blue fish at the end of the jetties.
